1) Blood Moon Magic: A Self-Portrait in Digital Worlds

I find solace in creating digital worlds as a spiritual refuge, a way to connect with my inner peace. Inspired by the desire to form deeper connections with these imagined realities, I started this project as a self-portrait.

Using TouchDesigner, I recorded myself in real-time while employing a Leap Motion controller to capture the motion of my hands. This allowed me to control the movement and colors of magic-like orbs. Additionally, the sound spectrum dynamically influenced effects on my image, creating a seamless interaction between visuals and sound.
2) Imaginary World No.4

The second version is me as an energy body playing with magic in the 4th world I have conceived. I used the video footage from one of my hiking experiences as the materials for the 3D scene and made the sound by myself.
3) Programming Process in TouchDesigner​

Silhouette Keying: Extracted the silhouette from the webcam using keying techniques and added visual effects synchronized to the music.

Magic Balls Interaction: Connected a Leap Motion Controller to control two interactive circles. Gestures were programmed to adjust their movement and change the color palette.
4) Selected Exhibition
The second version Imaginary World No.4 was selected as an NFT work to be displayed in the "Lonely ROCKS" exhibition during the 2022 Miami Art Basel.
